• Identity Data: Legal Name, Display Nickname, Date of Birth, and Gender.
• Contact Data: Mobile phone number and Email address.
• Location Data (GPS): We collect precise location data to show nearby used items and facilitate real-time delivery tracking. For delivery riders, location data is collected in the background to ensure accurate tracking for customers.
• Media & Communications: Photos uploaded for item listings and in-app chat messages.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to match you with nearby buyers/sellers, execute delivery orders accurately, and maintain platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You maintain full control over your personal data. You may request complete account deletion at any time via the 'Settings' menu within the application or by contacting our support team.

Upon successful deletion, all personal identifiers, active listings, and private chat histories will be permanently removed from our active databases, in compliance with standard data protection regulations.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your account information. Passwords are securely hashed, and all communication between the app and our servers is encrypted.
